60-60 day PROMISE

If your pendulum comes apart *within 60 days of purchase*, you can send it back to me, with ALL of the components and $5.00 for shipping. I will fix it for you and send it back asap. I do not offer exchanges for broken pendulums.

I don't restring pendulums that were purchased for under $60 after 60 days.

There are several reasons pendulums come apart. Either the cat or dog got to it. A child got to it, or there is mishandling from it's owner. :-) My pendulums are strung on 49 strand jewelers cable generally, and are crimped with sterling silver, often times twice at each end. They do not come apart. I have had a pendulum come apart only three times in 6 years. I fixed all three immediately.

If you purchased a pendulum that was in the more expensive range, after the 60 days, and you accidently dropped your pendulum and the pendulum point broke, then I can repair for a fee of $25 to cover the replacement point, restringing time and shipping fee. This offer is good for one full year from the time it is purchased. Paypal only - no checks or money orders.

I am unable to provide all new parts for restringing on any pendulum. I don't restring starter pendulums. The $25 is less than the actual cost of repair and labor.

I want you to be happy and secure in your shopping. I also wish for your careful handling of these delicate items. Wire is less sturdy than chain, but chain makes for a different dowsing experience. I like wire and use it for all of my own pendulum readings.

If you are sending your stuff back for me to restring with a new pendulum point, use this cart product for $25 and send me all componenents. I cannot promise I will have the same point in stock and may have to order it, or substitute, with your permission. I will do my best. Always. :-)
